Every conversation you have with your assistant is kept, not just the one open in front of you. You can jump back into any of them and pick up where it left off, with the full exchange still there.
Where Past Conversations Live
Open the chat pane and look at the switcher at the top - it lists every conversation you have started, newest first, each one showing how long ago it last replied and how many messages it holds. Your assistant also sits in BrokerPlus Chat, at the top of the same list as your teammates, so an earlier exchange is never more than one click from wherever you already read messages.
Switching Between Conversations
Click the switcher to open the list, then pick any entry to load it in full - every question you asked and every answer it gave, exactly as it happened. This is a genuine switch, not a summary: nothing from the conversation you leave carries into the one you open, so a deal pinned in one does not follow you into another. New conversation at the top of the same list starts a blank one alongside it.
Searching for Something It Said
From the Messages hub, the search bar at the top reaches your assistant's conversations as well as your conversations with teammates. Type a word or phrase from what it told you, and if a match turns up among your assistant's own titles or replies, it appears right there alongside any matching teammate thread. Selecting it opens that exact conversation rather than a preview, so you land back inside the real exchange.
Renaming and Deleting a Conversation
Hover any entry in the switcher to reveal a pencil and a trash icon. Your assistant titles a new conversation for you from what you asked it, two to five words that capture the subject, but you can rename it yourself: click the pencil, type over the title, and press enter or the checkmark to save. The trash icon removes a conversation immediately - there is no confirmation step, so make sure it is the one you mean before you click it.
When to Start a Fresh One
Reach for New conversation when you are changing subjects rather than continuing one, especially if the old conversation still has a deal or contact pinned to it from when you opened it on that record's page - that pin only makes sense for the file it came from. Keeping a running conversation for one deal and starting fresh ones for anything else is what keeps the switcher useful as a history rather than a single long scroll. A conversation carries no memory of another: your assistant lets you jump back into what either one told you, but it treats each as its own thread unless you are the one who reopens it.
