Some questions aren't about your data at all - they're about the product itself. Ask "how do I" or "where is" and your assistant can answer in words, or walk you there directly.
Asking How or Where
Ask a plain how-to or where-is question - "where do I set stage requirements," "how do I claim a phone number" - and it searches the help centre for a matching article, then answers in a sentence or two rather than reciting the whole page back at you. It also sees the page you're currently on, so a vague question still lands on the right answer for where you already are.
When It Opens the Page for You
When the answer lives on a different page, it can offer to take you there. You'll see a Take Me There button below the answer - pressing it is your decision, since it never navigates you on its own. That matters most when you're mid-form: it would rather ask than move the ground under you.
The Glow and the Note Beside It
Once you're on the right page, or if you were already there, it can draw a soft glowing ring around the exact control it means, sometimes with a short note beside it. The glow follows the element if the page scrolls, and clears on its own after a few seconds, or the moment you're done and move on.
What It Can Point At Today
It can only point at things the product actually knows how to name: the sidebar links, a handful of page-specific controls like the pipeline board or a deal's section tabs, and a New Deal button that's reachable from anywhere. That list is deliberately narrower than every control on every screen - it grows as more surfaces are added to it, so a very specific or newly changed control may not be one it can glow yet, even when it can still describe where to find it in words.
When It Cannot Find the Control
If nothing in its map matches what you're asking about, it falls back to looking directly at what's actually on your screen rather than guessing at a ref that doesn't exist. That lets it describe what it sees even when it can't draw a ring around it, and it's also the honest answer when a control has moved or been renamed since its map was last updated - it will say so rather than pointing at the wrong thing.
