Your assistant does not wait to be asked before it works something out. Reading a deal, a contact, an inbox thread or a call, it can notice something worth doing and put it in front of you, without ever writing it down until you say so.
Where a Suggestion Appears
A small sparkle chip shows up beside the record it is about, on a deal, on a contact's profile, in the inbox context panel, and on a call's detail view. It only appears when there is something to review, counting how many suggestions are waiting, and it takes up no space at all otherwise - no empty state, no placeholder.
What Raises One
Clicking the chip opens a panel of proposed changes: adding a contact it noticed, updating a detail, filing a document to the deal, moving a stage, drafting a reply, extracting conditions from a commitment, or reminding a client about something they still owe you. This is the same review-before-action pattern used everywhere else your assistant works unattended, governed by Decide What It May Do on Its Own; a suggestion here is what that setting produces when it is set to ask first rather than run automatically.
Reading the Reason Behind It
Each suggestion in the panel carries a line explaining what it was drawn from, not the values it proposes but the evidence behind them - a commitment letter it read, a pattern in the thread, an earlier note. Related suggestions are grouped and can depend on each other; a follow-up that needs an earlier change still pending shows as blocked until you tick that one too.
Changing a Value Before You Apply
Open any suggestion and its proposed fields sit in real inputs, not text beside an edit button - correct a name, an amount, or a due date directly, and only your corrected version is written once you apply it. Nothing reaches the record until you press Apply, and anything reaching a client - a draft reply, a reminder - starts unticked deliberately, so approving a batch never becomes the click that sends something. A suggestion whose record changed since it was written is flagged stale, worth a second look before you accept it.
Dismissing What You Do Not Want
Untick anything you do not want before applying the rest, or dismiss a single suggestion on its own with the link beneath it. Dismiss all clears the whole panel in one step. A dismissed suggestion is simply gone - your assistant does not repeat it, and nothing about the record changes.
