Read Your Automation History

See what an automation actually sent, to whom, and what came back.

Open Pulse in BrokerPlus

Coming Up shows what is waiting to go out. Already Sent shows what already did. Every email or text an automation sent lands here with who received it, when, whether it was delivered, and what the automation is doing next for that client.

Where the Log Lives

Open Pulse, switch to Activity and pick Already Sent. This log covers automations specifically, so a campaign blast or a recurring equity report sent from elsewhere in Pulse shows in its own history instead of mixing in here.

Reading One Row

Each row names the client, shows a mail or text icon for the channel, and carries whatever the message was about, either its subject line or its opening words. A status chip on the right reads Sent, Queued, Suppressed or Failed. The time beside it tells you how long ago it went, and the automation that raised it is named next to that.

Whether the Sequence Is Still Running

A send that belongs to a multi-step automation carries a chip showing step X of Y, so you can tell a one-off touch from partway through a longer sequence. Open it and it tells you what happens next: a date if another step is still scheduled, or a reason if the sequence stopped, worded exactly as the engine recorded it, whether that is the client already answering, an enrollment ending, or the sequence simply finishing its last step.

Replies and Suppressions

A row a client replied to carries its own badge, so you can spot who has answered without opening every thread. A row marked Suppressed did not fail. It means the automation held itself back, most often because the person already replied or the moment that enrolled them no longer applies. The reason sits inside the row's follow-up detail rather than the status chip alone.

Select one or more rows with a real client behind them and a bar appears at the bottom letting you mark them Interested or Not Interested, clear an earlier call on either, or Pause Follow-ups and Resume them across every row you picked at once. Use Select Visible for what is on screen or Select All Matching to reach every row behind your current filters, not just this page.

Narrowing a Long Log

Switch between All, Email and Text to isolate one channel. The time window narrows how far back the log reaches, from the last thirty days out to a year, and defaults to showing everything. Search Clients filters by name or email address across whatever window and channel you already picked. When nothing matches your filters, the empty state says so rather than claiming nothing has ever been sent.

What to Do Next

  • Review the Pulse Queue to see what an automation still has waiting on you.
  • Skip a Client From an Automation when someone in this log should stop being contacted.
  • What Clients Can Opt Out Of to see how a client's own unsubscribe affects what shows up here.

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
