The queue is where Pulse holds a message before it reaches a client. Open Pulse, switch to Activity and stay on Coming Up to read it. Anything a step drafted for review waits here until you send it, change it or clear it, so you can watch an automation work for a few weeks before you let it send on its own.

8:43What Sits in the Queue
Everything an automation has not done yet. A drafted email or text waiting on you, anything that stopped before it finished, and every step scheduled for a future date, whether it sends an email, sends a text, creates a task or does something else. Once a step has run, it moves to Already Sent.
The rail across the top counts them: Drafts to review, Borrowing room in the current queue, Stalled, Scheduled, and Sent · 30d. One client with several live reasons collapses into a single card, so the list reads as people to contact rather than individual sends.
Stalled, Ready to Send and Coming Up
Stalled sits first, grouped by the reason the engine recorded, so hundreds of stops become a handful of causes. Open one with Review to see the people behind it.
Ready to send is the working list, ranked by borrowing room and by how soon the moment passes. Twelve cards show at a time and the rest sit behind Show more.
Coming up is a forecast, one row per automation step with its next date. Each row leads with what the step does, such as Email, Text or Task, and a task shows its own title. A step marked Waits On Client runs when the client acts rather than on a date. Nothing there needs you yet.
To see only one kind of step, pick Emails, Texts, Tasks or Other Steps from the filter beside the kind filter. The two filters combine, so you can ask for only the anniversary texts.
The tasks an automation will create on a deal also show on that deal's Overview. In the Tasks section, switch to Upcoming to see each task, the automation it comes from and when it is due, and use the filter to narrow it to one automation.
Approve or Edit a Draft
- Send on a card sends the draft as written.
- Edit opens the draft with its To, CC and BCC recipients, the Subject and the Message.
- Change the wording, then Approve & send. Your edit is saved before the message goes out.
A card shows each file an email carries as a chip under its message, and a sent email in Already Sent shows the same. An email draft lists the files its template attaches under Attachments. Press Attach files to add another one for this client only, or the x on a file to leave it off this send. Send on a card sends the files the template attaches. Click any file chip to download the file and check it before it goes out.
Copy takes the subject and body to your clipboard if you would rather send it somewhere else, and Cancel leaves the draft untouched in the queue.
Dismiss One You Do Not Want
Dismiss on a card, or on a row inside a stalled group, cancels that step and rejects its draft so nothing dangles in review. It clears this one message only. To stop reaching a person or a property at all, use the block list.
Narrow the Queue to One Kind
The tabs at the top filter every section to All, Equity, Anniversaries or Birthdays. Search clients narrows the ready to send list by name or email address. When nothing matches, Clear filters puts the whole queue back.
What to Do Next
- Choose Draft or Automatic Sending once you trust a step to go out unattended.
- Skip a Client From an Automation when someone should be left out of everything.
- Read Your Automation History to see what has already been sent.
