Pulse triggers are one kind of automatic behaviour among several. Document reminders, task scanners, the notetaker joining a call: each lives in its own settings pane, set on its own. This page lists every one of them together and says whether it is running.
What the Summary Counts
The hero line at the top, Running for You, counts every row that is fully on plus every row that is partly on. A family of eight scanners with three running counts toward that total the same way one fully-on switch does, because how much is actually running is the honest reading of a partial family, not a rounding of it down to off. A row is left off the page entirely, rather than shown as off, when the feature does not reach you at all: no follow-up lanes without a team, no receptionist row without a connected phone number. This page sets nothing itself; every row is read from the surface that owns the value.
The Four Groups
Four cards, and every row falls into exactly one. Reaching Out is what leaves for a client or a lead without you pressing send: every Pulse trigger you authored, named individually, plus the manual follow-up drip and the renewal reminder digest. The digest is the one row here that predates canvases and writes on its own monthly clock, outside the same hold that pauses everything else on the list. While a Client Is with You is what their own request, upload or report edit sets off by itself. Coming Back to You is what files a task or sends an alert without being asked, from a deadline scanner to a notetaker joining your calls. Working on Your Behalf is what your assistant may decide or suggest on its own, from reading a lender's conditions out of an email to proposing a stage move.
Reading a Row That Says Partial
A row backed by more than one switch reads Partly On with a count, such as three of eight deadline scanners, in place of a bare word. The count replaces the label rather than sitting beside it, since "3 of 8" already says partly on. Off carries no chip at all; the row itself dims, since a switch at rest is the ordinary state of a settings page.
Changing Something From Here
Nothing on this page is a switch. Every row is a link to the editor that actually owns its value: a Pulse trigger opens your Library, a document reminder opens Requests, the notetaker opens Calendar. Pressing a row takes you there rather than flipping anything in place, so the value shown here and the value on the real control can never quietly disagree.
Why a Row Can Be Locked
A row can carry a small Set by your team's broker note beside its name. It means the control belongs to your team's own broker to set, and your membership does not carry authority to change it, whatever else you can do elsewhere. The row still opens; you read the value your broker set, and pressing it shows you why rather than opening a control that would fail on press.
