When a client or lender email is sitting unanswered, your assistant can write the reply for you and leave it waiting in the thread rather than send anything on its own. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
When a Draft Appears
A reply shows up marked Suggested reply, with a small icon beside the sender's name so you can tell it from a message you started yourself. A thread that has gone unanswered for a while gets the same treatment but reads Suggested follow-up instead. Either way it sits in the thread like any other draft until you act on it.
Read the Suggested Reply
Open the thread and the draft sits in the composer exactly as it would send: subject, recipients and body already filled in. Read it the way you would read your own reply before pressing send, since your name is what the client sees on it, not your assistant's.
Edit Before You Approve
Click Edit to change the subject or the body. Save Edits keeps your changes on the same draft; Cancel Edit throws them away and hands you back the original wording. If the reply talks about an attachment and nothing is actually attached yet, BrokerPlus warns you before you send rather than letting an empty promise go out.
Turn a Draft Down
Reject clears the draft without sending anything, and you can leave a short reason if you want a record of why it missed the mark. Discarding from inside the composer while you are mid-edit does the same thing. Either way, the client never sees it.
Choose Whether Drafts Are Written at All
Whether your assistant writes these in the first place is a separate switch, in Settings, then Email, under Email your AI writes. It reads Write it for me to review or Don't write them. Turning it off stops new drafts from being written; it does not change what happens to one already sitting in a thread; that one still waits for your approval same as always, and it never sends itself either way. On a team, your team's broker sets this for everyone, and a member without that permission sees it locked to whatever was chosen.
