Every import you have run is still reachable, including one you walked away from mid review. This is where to look when a run is waiting on you, when rows did not land, and when you need to send the same file through again.
Finding Your Import History
Open Deals > Import. Once you have run at least one import, a History button appears in the top bar and opens Recent imports, the last 25 runs, newest first. Each row shows the file name, where it came from, how many deals it created, and how long ago it ran. An import still running appears at the top of the list with a live count. View these deals at the bottom takes you to your deals.
Resuming an Import Waiting for Review
A run that reached the review step and was never confirmed shows the row count as rows ready, plus a Review link. Click the row to reopen the review screen exactly where you left it. Reloading the import page does not reopen it on its own, so History is the way back in.
Why a Row Was Skipped
On the finish screen, a line counting skipped rows expands to show each one by row number with the reason it failed. The first 100 are recorded. Other rows are left out without an entry: a row carrying no usable deal data, a row booked by an agent you excluded on the review screen, and a row whose deal is already linked to a connected system and still live in your pipeline.
When an Import Could Not Finish
A run that fell over shows Import couldn't finish with what went wrong. Show details lists the stage or row behind it. Start over returns you to the upload screen. One common stop: if the export has no borrower name columns, BrokerPlus declines the file and asks you to re-export it with names included.
Nothing is created before you confirm
An import that failed during analysis, or one you never confirmed, has written no deals and no contacts.
Importing the File Again Without Duplicates
Re-running a file does not double your book. Rows from a spreadsheet are matched back to existing deals, and a Finmo or Velocity pull matches on the application's own identifier. Under For deals you've already edited, choose how a match is treated: Overwrite all replaces every matched deal including your own edits, Keep edits refreshes matched deals but keeps fields you changed by hand, and Skip touched leaves any deal you edited alone.
Discarding an Import
Discard on the review screen ends the run without creating anything, and removes it from Recent imports. Discarding is not reversible, so upload the file again if you change your mind.
