6:49Completing or Removing One Task
Check a task's completion box to mark it done. Remove it instead when it never needed doing, a duplicate, something that resolved itself. Both take a task off the Pending list; completing keeps it in your history as finished work, removing cancels it instead.
Taking the Undo Offer
Either action opens an Undo toast for six seconds. Click it, or use the same keyboard shortcut you'd use to act again, and the task returns to Pending exactly as it was. Only one offer is live at a time, so completing a second task while the first toast is still showing replaces it. Once the six seconds pass, the toast is gone, but the task itself isn't lost, see reopening below.
Clearing Several at Once
Click Manage tasks to switch the queue into selection mode. The row checkbox now selects instead of completing, and a section header carries its own select-all box. Pick your rows and a floating bar at the bottom of the screen offers Mark done or Remove for the whole selection, plus a button to clear it. Bulk actions get the same undo offer as a single task, scoped to whatever it actually changed.
Why Some Rows Did Not Change
A bulk action only touches tasks you're actually allowed to act on. If you select rows that include tasks outside your reach, ones assigned to someone else on a team you don't write to, BrokerPlus completes or removes the rest and tells you how many changed against how many you picked, rather than failing the whole selection over the ones it couldn't touch.
Finding and Reopening Completed Work
Switch to the Completed tab to see everything you've finished or removed, filterable by when it happened. Open a task there and use Reopen to put it back on the Pending list, no undo window needed since you're already looking at it deliberately.
