Every finished call on your line keeps its recap, recording or voicemail, transcript, and any follow-up tasks it created. Open Phone > Calls any time to go back through what was actually said.

5:07Find the Call in the Log
Use the tabs above the list to narrow it down: All, Missed, Voicemails, Answered, or the receptionist's own tab for calls it handled. Click any call to open its details on the right.
A call already read shows no unread marker; a missed call or voicemail you haven't opened yet is highlighted until you do.
Read the Recap and the Details Captured
The Recap tab opens by default. Depending on the call, it can show:
- A short summary of what happened.
- What was discussed, broken into topics.
- Action items worth following up on.
- Details the call captured, like an amount or a date, each copyable with one click.
- Who called, linked to their contact card and any deal on file.
- How the caller has felt across all their calls, week by week or month by month.
A call still being processed shows Processing recording instead, until the recording, transcript, and summary finish arriving.
See How a Caller Has Felt Over Time
When a call is linked to a contact, Caller Sentiment sits on the right under their contact card. Every recapped call with that person is read as positive, neutral, or negative, and the card averages them into a score from 0 to 100, where 100 means every call went well and 50 is neutral.
Switch between Weekly and Monthly to see the trend over the last twelve weeks or months. The number at the top is the latest period, and the change beside it compares it with the one before. Only calls you can already open count toward the score, and calls marked as junk are left out.
Link a Call or a Text Conversation to a Contact or Deal
If a call isn't linked to a contact or a deal yet, a dotted Link a Contact or Link a Deal box appears on the right of the call. Click it, search, and pick the one it belongs to. Text conversations show the same boxes beside the messages.
- Link a Contact moves every call and text with that number onto the contact. If the contact has no phone number yet, this number is saved to them, so the next call from it is recognized on its own.
- Link a Deal files the call on the deal you pick.
- A text conversation belongs to every deal the contact is on, so once the contact is linked, all of their deals are listed beside the messages. Link a Deal only appears on a text conversation when the contact has no deals yet.
Each box disappears once it's filled.
Play the Recording or the Voicemail
If the call was recorded or reached voicemail, a compact player sits above the tabs. Press play to listen, and drag the progress bar to scrub to any point.
Some topics in the recap carry their own short clip. Clicking one opens just that slice of the call, so you don't have to scrub the whole recording to hear one part again.
Search and Download the Transcript
Open the Transcript tab to read the full text. Caller and broker turns are shown as separate bubbles when the system can tell the speakers apart; a call handled by the receptionist marks its turns with a small icon so it never reads as you speaking.
On a longer call, a search box appears above the transcript. Type a word or phrase and the list narrows to matching lines.
Click the download icon at the top of the call to save the transcript as a PDF, including the recap and action items, branded with your organization's logo.
Follow-Ups the Call Created
Open the Follow Ups tab to see any tasks the call generated, such as a callback or a request for more information. Each one links through to your task list, where you can complete it or hand it off.
Archive a Call
Calls you're done with can be moved out of your active log without deleting them. Switch a call's status from the list view to archive it, and use the Archived tab to find it again later. Archiving does not remove the recording or transcript.
