A call list is a named round of people to phone, like this month's renewals or a batch pulled from a marketing list. Build one, then work through it one person at a time until everyone's been reached.

5:07Create a List
Open Phone > Call Desk and click New list. Your lists sit down the left of the desk, under Call Activity. Name the round, then add people from your opportunities or contacts, or import a file. An empty list is fine too, if you'd rather add people to it as you go.
Add People From Opportunities
Select opportunities on your book, then choose Add to call list to start a new list or add to an existing one. Only the main client on each file is added, since that's who you'd actually be phoning. If a selected file has no client on record, it's left out and the count tells you how many made it onto the list.
Add People From Contacts
Select people on Contacts, then choose Add to Call List from the bar at the bottom of the page. Pick an existing list or name a new one. Anyone already on that list isn't added twice.
Import a List From a File
Upload a CSV, Excel, Numbers file, or a phone contact export. Column names are matched for you, so headers like "Mobile" or "Client Name" work without renaming anything.
Before the list is created, review the file: rows are checked against your existing contacts, and you can drop any row you don't want to keep. A row missing both a phone number and an email is flagged, since there'd be no way to reach that person from the list.
Choose Whether New People Join Your Contacts
When importing, decide whether people not already in your contacts should be added. Anyone the file already matches to an existing contact is never duplicated, whichever way you choose.
Work the List and Set a Status
Pick a list on the left to see everyone on it. Click Scripts at the top of the desk to keep your call script open on the right while you work down the list. Each entry shows their phone number and email, tap-to-call or tap-to-email where available. Set a status as you go: To Call, Called, No Answer, Follow Up, or Done. The list's own summary tracks how many of the total have been worked, and each entry's own timestamp shows when it was last updated.
Leave a Note on a Person
Add a note to record what came out of the call, useful when you're not the only one working the list, or want a reminder for the follow-up. Notes stay attached to the entry until you remove them or remove the person from the list.
Export a List
Click Export CSV at the top right of an open list to download everyone on it as a spreadsheet. The file lists each person's name, phone number, email, status, when they were called and by whom, and any note, in the same order you see them on screen. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, so you can share the round with a teammate to confirm it before anyone picks up the phone.
Rename or Delete a List
Click a list's name to rename it in place. Remove a single person from a list without affecting the rest of it, or delete the whole list when the round is finished. Deleting a list removes it and its entries, but never the underlying contacts or opportunities behind them.
What to Do Next
