Reach Out to a Whole Lane

Send one message to every client you selected, with refinance and renewal copy kept apart.

Open Opportunities in BrokerPlus

Select a handful of clients on your Opportunities page and one Message button sends to all of them, each with copy fitted to their own situation rather than one message stretched to cover everyone.

Why a Mixed Selection Sends Twice

Select a page that mixes refinance, renewal, and lead candidates and BrokerPlus splits them rather than forcing one email onto all of them. Each client's lane comes from their own record, never from whichever board you happened to be looking at, so a refinance client selected off a mixed page still gets refinance copy. The composer works through the lanes in a fixed order, renewal first, then leads, then refinance, so a selection touching more than one lane means more than one message goes out. The top of the composer says which batch you are on, such as Batch 1 of 3 · Renewal · 2 clients, and how many clients open next once you send. Each batch you send drops those clients from your selection, so if you close the composer partway, clicking Message again picks up at the next batch instead of writing to anyone twice.

Choosing the Copy That Goes Out

The composer opens with your lane's primary outreach template already filled in, tokens and all - a bulk send keeps {client_name}, {lender}, and the rest literal, since each recipient needs their own values rather than the first name on the list. A dropdown lets you swap to any other saved variant before sending, and only appears once you have more than one to choose from.

Picking the Inbox It Sends From

By default a bulk send goes out as you, from your connected inbox. If your team membership carries the send-as grant, a Send As picker lets you send under a teammate's name instead - useful when their own client is in the selection. Sending as yourself still lets you choose which connected mailbox it leaves from, if you hold more than one.

Scheduling the Send

Click Schedule to stage the send for a specific date and time rather than firing immediately, useful for holding a batch until morning instead of landing at 11pm. The picker names your timezone, since a bare local time is the one thing you cannot verify from the field. Cancel closes it without scheduling anything; only Done stages the time. A scheduled send shows in your history the moment you confirm it, marked pending, and dispatches on its own once the time arrives.

Adding Follow-Ups

The Automated follow-ups switch beside Send lets you enroll everyone in the batch into automated follow-ups if they do not reply, using the lane's own cadence and the copy attached to whichever variant you sent. It is off by default and resets every time you open the composer - drip follow-ups are a per-send decision, and there is no setting anywhere else to turn on first. See Stop Follow-Ups After Outreach You Send by Hand to pull one client out of a sequence already running.

Limits and Who Gets Skipped

A bulk send caps at 500 recipients; past that, trim your selection first. Within that cap, not everyone selected necessarily receives it. A client with no email on file is skipped, and a client under a sanctions freeze is skipped outright. This is a real client-facing send, so the same protections covering every other message here apply: a client who has hard-bounced, complained, or asked BrokerPlus to stop is never sent to, however they came to be selected. Afterward, the composer reports how many actually went out against how many you selected, and Track Who You Have Already Contacted shows which clients landed in which bucket.

What to Do Next

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
