Rather than checking your Receivables tab yourself, you can let BrokerPlus tell you when something on it is overdue. The Weekly Receivables Digest is an email built from the same numbers that tab shows.
Where the Switch Lives
The toggle sits inside Commission Setup on your Business page, filed as Weekly Receivables Digest, right below the rates it reports on rather than buried away on a separate settings screen. The same switch also appears on the main Notifications page, under the Money section. Both are one setting: change it from either place and the other reflects it.
What the Email Contains
Only overdue payouts make the cut. A digest listing money that is not late yet is noise, and the point of the email is to interrupt you for exactly what needs chasing and nothing else. It names up to six payouts by client, amount, and days late, notes how many more are waiting when you have more than that, and totals everything owed at the top. A button links straight back to your Receivables tab, and the email says plainly that the numbers are estimated from your own records, never a statement of account.
When It Arrives
It goes out every Monday morning, around 9:20 a.m. Eastern, deliberately staggered a few minutes off BrokerPlus's other scheduled mail so a full week of accounts is not hitting delivery at the exact same moment.
Why You Might Not Get One
A few reasons the email might not land some week. You had nothing overdue, so there was nothing to send. You have turned the toggle off. Or you simply have no earned payouts assigned to your own name that week, since the digest is per broker: a teammate's overdue commission never shows up in your inbox, and yours never shows up in theirs.
What to Do Next
- Work Your Receivables to see the same numbers any day, not just on Monday.
- Set Your Default Commission so the rates behind these payouts are ones you set on purpose.
- Read Your Finances Overview for how these payouts sit inside your overall numbers.
