The Lender Mix card sits below the pivot table on the Production tab of Business Performance, and reads whichever period is set there.
What the Table Counts
Lender Mix lists every lender you funded with in the period, not a top ten. A lender that only closed one small deal still gets a row, which is the point: a relationship that has quietly gone cold is easiest to spot in the tail of the list, not the top of it.
A row is keyed on the lender name typed onto the commission record, falling back to the linked lender's name when the record doesn't carry its own. A funded deal with no lender name at all groups under "Unspecified" rather than disappearing.
Sorting by Volume, Deals, Size or Revenue
Select any column header, Volume, Deals, Avg Size, or Revenue, to sort the table by that figure, highest first. Volume is funded amount, Revenue is gross commission net of any clawback, and Avg Size divides one by the other for that lender. Sorting only reorders the rows; it doesn't change what Share reflects.
Reading the Share Column
Share is each lender's portion of the total funded volume across every row in the table, shown as both a bar and a percentage. It always reflects volume, even when you've sorted the table by deal count or revenue instead, so a lender with few but very large deals can show a bigger share than one sitting higher in a count-sorted list.
The Concentration Warning
A banner appears above the table when your single largest lender by volume accounts for 40 percent or more of your funded volume in the period. It names the lender and its share, and warns that a policy change or a pulled product there would hit a large share of your book. The check only looks at the top lender; it won't fire if two or three lenders are each below 40 percent but together dominate the book, so a widening list is still worth a glance even without a banner.
When a Lender Is Missing
The table only reflects deals that have funded with a commission record in the selected period. A lender you're actively submitting to, or a deal that funded but hasn't had its commission entered yet, won't show until that record exists. Widening the period or switching Closed to Pipeline on the Production tab shows what's still working its way there. If no deals funded in the period at all, the card shows an empty state instead of a table.
What to Do Next
- Build a Production Table to cross the same period by lender against a second dimension, like deal type or agent.
- Set a Goal and Track Your Pace to set a volume target for one lender's status tier.
- Override Commission for a Lender or Product to change how a specific lender's deals are compensated.
