Export a Business Report

Build a branded document from any mix of your business sections, or take one section as a spreadsheet.

Open Finances in BrokerPlus

Turn any mix of what Business shows you into a single document, for your own records or for whoever else you answer to.

Choosing Sections and a Period

Go to Business and select Export. Five sections are on offer: Overview, Receivables, Production, Deal Mix and Pipeline, each on by default and each with its own switch. Pick a period with the picker in the header; Overview and Production read from it directly. Receivables always shows what is outstanding as of right now regardless of the period chosen, and Pipeline always covers a fixed trailing twelve months, so changing the period will not change what those two sections report.

What Each Section Contains

Overview covers your money, headline metrics, income streams and lender mix. Receivables lists everything outstanding, aged, and current as of the moment you export. Production is your crosstab across two dimensions. Deal Mix shows what kind of deals you actually write. Pipeline covers the last twelve months of funnel, conversion, time in stage and losses. Turning on more than one section adds a short summary page ahead of them naming what the document covers.

Downloading a Section as a Spreadsheet

Next to any available section, select the small spreadsheet icon to download that section alone as a CSV, separate from building the full document. The numbers come through raw, no currency symbols, no rounding for display, so you can drop them straight into your own spreadsheet and pivot them however you like rather than reading them back out of a formatted page.

Why a Section Is Unavailable

A section can be greyed out for two different reasons, and the modal is careful not to blur them. Nothing to report for this period means the query ran fine and genuinely found nothing, for example no funded deals in a quiet month. Could not load, try again means the data failed to load and the section's absence says nothing about your numbers. Widen the period, retry the failed section, or turn a section off entirely; the document still builds from whatever is left once at least one section has something to say.

This is your own internal document, a private read on your own numbers, not something a client ever sees. It still carries your brokerage's logo and colors so it reads as something you would hand to a lender or an accountant with confidence, not a plain export. Every page's footer repeats your brokerage name and your own name alongside a page count, so a printed copy stays identifiable if its pages come apart. The first page separately stamps the date it was prepared next to the period you chose, so anyone reading it later knows exactly when the numbers were pulled and what stretch of time they cover.

What to Do Next

  • Read Your Business Performance for the live version of the Production and Pipeline sections this report freezes in place.
  • Read Your Finances Overview for the live version of the Overview section.
  • Read Export Your Data if what you need is your raw records rather than a formatted report.

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
