What Your Client Sees

Walk the invite email, the application, and the hub exactly as your client gets them.

Open Client Requests in BrokerPlus

Before anything goes out to a real client, you can walk the whole experience yourself: the invite they get, the application they fill in, and the page they land on afterward. This is a preview built to look exactly like the real thing, not a description of it.

Open the Sample Intake

From the Intake menu at the top of a request page, choose "View sample intake" to see exactly what a client experience looks like, filled in with an example name rather than a real one. If you are previewing from inside a request you are composing for a real client, the same button shows what they will actually see, including anything they have already told you on a call.

The Email Tab

The first tab is the invite itself, exactly as it lands in an inbox: the subject line, the message, and the button that opens their application. Follow the link inside the preview and it jumps straight to the Application tab, the same place a real client's own link takes them.

The Application Tab

This is the form your client fills in, seeded with anything they have already told you, so you are checking the form they will actually open rather than a blank one. Where a section is one people struggle to answer confidently, like what counts as income or whether a family loan counts as a debt, your client sees an offer to book a call with you instead of guessing, as long as you have turned that offer on and given them somewhere to book.

The Client Hub Tab

Once a client submits, this is where their own link takes them from then on: a status page showing where their file stands, what is still outstanding, and a Resources tab with the calculators and PDFs you have made available to them. The sample here uses example numbers and a couple of made-up document requests to give you the shape of it, since there is no real file behind a preview. What you are checking is the layout and which pieces show up for your book, not real figures.

Preview a Request Before You Send It

Before you send a document or information request, use the Preview button in the request composer to see just that request the way your client will, with nothing else from their status page around it. It is the fastest way to catch a confusing label or a missing note before it reaches somebody's inbox, and nothing is sent until you close the preview and choose to send for real.

What to Do Next

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
