Your book belongs to you, and Settings > Data is where you turn any part of it into a file you can keep. Pick a package, generate it, let it build, then download it.
The Export Packages
One package covers each part of your book: contacts, deals, deal activity, mortgage applications, opportunities, compliance, communications, documents, the client portal, commissions, pipeline, tasks and calendar, campaigns, reports, automations, custom fields, settings, and the audit trail. A last package, Everything, is not a nineteenth thing to export on top of the rest - it bundles every package above into one archive with one manifest, so nothing sits outside it and nothing inside it appears twice.
Generate an Archive
Select Generate beside a package. Generating is a real job, not an instant file - it queues and the row shows a spinner with a step count while it builds. Only one build of a given package runs at a time, so pressing Generate again while one is already running shows you that same run rather than starting a second. Select Stop if you no longer need it.
Download It, in Parts if It Is Large
Once a run finishes, select Download. A small archive is a single file holding everything. A book large enough to cross the size ceiling is split into several numbered parts instead, and every part is needed to have the whole export - hovering a part shows its size and a short checksum you can verify the file against.
How Long a File Stays Available
A generated archive stays downloadable for 30 days from the moment it finished, and the row counts down "available for N more days" while you wait. Once that window closes, the file is cleared from storage and the download link stops working - generate again for a fresh copy. The record that you ran the export does not expire.
Who Is Told That You Exported
Exporting one package - contacts, deals, whatever you picked - is ordinary work, and nobody else is told. Everything is different: because it hands over your whole reach in one file, running it notifies every teammate with oversight over your organization, other than you, that a full export was generated and who ran it. There is no way to run a full export quietly, and that is deliberate.
What an Export Never Includes
An export is a copy of records, never of access. It carries no API keys, webhook secrets, passwords, session tokens or two-factor secrets - none of those can be regenerated from a file, so none of them travel in one. Credit reports and identity verification stay out of every package here too; those leave only through Export Your Compliance Records or one deal's compliance file. The platform's own lender catalogue is excluded because every brokerage already holds an identical copy, and anything BrokerPlus keeps about your account rather than your clients, such as feedback you sent us, stays with us.
What to Do Next
