Your brokerage's subscription is billed centrally, per active broker, and only an Owner/Admin can see or manage it.
Where Brokerage Billing Lives
Open Brokerage in the sidebar, under your name. It opens on Plan & Billing; Rates Policy sits above it when brokerage-managed rates apply to your brokerage. The page is admin-only: anyone else who reaches it is sent back to the brokerage overview.
How It Differs From Your Own Plan
Your own plan, managed from Settings > Account > Manage Plan, is a single subscription for you, at one flat price whoever else works alongside you. Brokerage billing is your organization's subscription instead: one price per active seat, recalculated automatically as brokers join or leave. An organization carries one subscription at a time, so once your brokerage subscribes here, this page is where it lives and how it is managed, not your own Manage Plan.
Starting a Subscription
If your brokerage has no subscription yet, Plan & Billing shows a projected price for your current seat count. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then select Subscribe to continue to Stripe checkout. The charge you confirm there is the per-seat price for every active broker in your workspace today.
Per-Seat Price and Active Seats
Your per-seat price was set when your brokerage was configured and does not change on its own. Active Seats is the number of brokers actively running a team in your brokerage; it updates the moment a broker joins or is deactivated, and your monthly or yearly total (per-seat price times active seats) follows it without you setting a quantity anywhere.
Switching Between Monthly and Yearly
Once subscribed, use the billing-cycle control under Plan & Billing to switch interval. Moving from monthly to yearly starts the yearly term immediately, crediting the unused part of your current month against it. Moving from yearly to monthly is scheduled for the end of your prepaid year instead: nothing is charged right away, and the remaining year is not refunded. Choosing your current interval again cancels a switch you already scheduled.
Changing a Card or Finding an Invoice
Select Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can replace the card on file. For past invoices, check the email Stripe sent for each one, or open the same Stripe portal from the note under What's Included.
What to Do Next
- Manage Your Subscription covers the flat, individual plan a broker manages on their own.
- Set Brokerage-Level Rates is the other setting on the Brokerage page.
