This article is about your own plan and your own invoices, the ones tied to the subscription you personally hold. It is not about a brokerage's centrally billed seats; see Manage Brokerage Billing and Seats for that.
Open the Billing Portal
Go to Settings > Account and select Manage Plan to open Your Plan. From there, any action that touches your card or an invoice hands you off to the Stripe billing portal, a hosted page Stripe runs on its own domain rather than a screen inside BrokerPlus. You leave BrokerPlus for a moment and land back on your plan page when you are done.
If your last payment failed, the same card shows Update Payment instead, which goes straight to the portal so you can fix it without starting a second subscription.
Change the Card on File
Under Payment Method, select Update Card to open the billing portal and replace the card Stripe charges each period. If you have never added one, the same spot offers Add a Card instead. Either way, the change takes effect on your existing subscription; nothing about your plan, its interval, or its renewal date changes when you swap the card.
Download a Past Invoice
Back on Your Plan, open the collapsed Recent Invoices section to see your five most recent charges, each with its date, amount, and paid status. Select the arrow beside any of them to open that invoice on Stripe, where you can download the PDF or the receipt. Invoices load when you open Your Plan, so give the list a moment if it looks empty at first.
After a Failed Payment
A failed payment marks your plan Past Due rather than cancelling it right away. Select Update Payment to replace the card through the billing portal; once Stripe successfully charges the new card, the status clears on its own. You do not need to resubscribe or start a new plan, and doing so would only create a second subscription alongside the failing one.
When Billing Is Held Somewhere Else
If your brokerage manages seats centrally, your personal Manage Plan screen will not show a plan to bill, because there is nothing billed to you individually. Your invoices and card live on the brokerage's billing page instead, and only an Owner/Admin there can reach them. Ask your brokerage admin if you need a copy of an invoice or need to check what card is on file.
What to Do Next
- Manage Your Subscription covers switching billing intervals, adding VIP support, and cancelling.
- Delete Your Account if you are closing your BrokerPlus account entirely.
