Open Settings in BrokerPlus

Manage your BrokerPlus plan from Settings > Account. Select Manage Plan to open Your Plan, which holds your subscription, billing interval, VIP support, card, recent invoices, and cancellation in one place.

When You'd Use This

Use this page when you own the account and want to start a subscription, change how often you pay, add VIP support, find an invoice, or stop the next renewal. If your brokerage manages your seats centrally, use its billing page instead. Invited team members should ask the account owner to manage the plan.

Start or Review Your Plan

The Plan & Billing section shows your subscription status. Select Manage Plan to open the details. The Plan panel names your plan and price, marks it Active, Cancelling, or Past Due, and gives the next billing date or the date access ends if cancellation is scheduled.

If there is no active plan, select Subscribe, choose monthly or yearly billing, and continue to Stripe checkout. Review the amount and billing interval before paying. If a payment has failed, select Update Payment to replace the card rather than starting another subscription.

Enter a Promotion Code

Manual promotion-code entry is available only when the selected plan bills every month. Yearly checkout does not offer a code box. This applies to both individual subscriptions and brokerage seat checkout.

If an eligible referral or affiliate discount is already applied automatically, checkout does not offer another code box. Those automatic discounts keep their existing rules; you do not need to enter the referral again. Review the discount and final total before completing checkout.

The MPC2026 offer is monthly-only. If it is active on your subscription, you must wait until that discount ends before switching to yearly billing. An attempted yearly switch leaves your monthly plan and remaining discount unchanged.

Switch Between Monthly and Yearly

Choose Monthly or Yearly under Billing Cycle, read the confirmation, then select Confirm Switch.

Switching from monthly to yearly starts the yearly term immediately. The unused part of your current month is credited against the yearly charge. Switching from yearly to monthly is scheduled for the end of the prepaid yearly term. Nothing is charged immediately, and the remaining year is not refunded.

If a switch is already scheduled, choosing your current interval cancels that scheduled change and keeps your existing plan.

Add VIP Support

VIP Support is a one-time payment, not a change to your plan. Your requests move to the front of the queue and you get a direct line to the team.

Select Add VIP and you continue to Stripe checkout, which names the amount before you pay and offers your card on file if you have one. Nothing is charged until you confirm it there, and nothing about your plan or its renewal changes.

If you leave checkout and select Add VIP again, you return to the same payment rather than starting a second one. Once the payment lands, the panel shows the date VIP support was added.

Read Your Recent Invoices

Recent Invoices is collapsed and names how many it holds. Select it to open your five most recent invoices with the date, amount, and whether each one is paid. They load when you open Your Plan, so give them a moment. Select the arrow on a row to open that invoice on Stripe, where you can download a PDF or a receipt.

Update Your Card

Payment Method shows the card on file with its last four digits and expiry. Select Update Card to open the Stripe billing portal and replace it. If there is no card yet, select Add a Card.

Cancel or Reactivate

Select Cancel plan at the bottom of Your Plan. The first screen lists what stops working on the date your plan ends, alongside the hours BrokerPlus has saved you so far, so you can see what you are giving up before you decide. Continue and you will be asked for a reason and can add a comment. Cancellation keeps your plan active until the end of the current billing period.

If you change your mind before that date, select Reactivate Plan. Reactivate a plan with cancellation scheduled before trying to change its billing interval.

What to Watch Out For

A missing promotion-code box does not mean checkout is broken: yearly billing and a pre-applied discount both hide it. Update Card opens Stripe for payment details; use the billing interval control in BrokerPlus to change your plan. VIP support is separate from your subscription, so cancelling your plan does not refund it.
