A row on the opportunities list opens into one client's workspace: the analysis on the left, their existing mortgage pinned in a rail on the right. Every savings figure on the page is measured against that loan, so read the rail before you pick up the phone.

7:49Opening a Candidate
Selecting a client opens a full page rather than a panel. The link at the top left returns you to the list you came from, so it reads Opportunities, Refinance or Renewals, and reads Deal when you arrived from the client's deal. The page opens on Rate Analysis.
The Header and Its Badges
The header carries the opportunity name, which you can rename, the household name, which links to the client's contact record, with a pencil to edit client details, and their email and phone. Under that sit the engagement signal (High, Medium or Low, shown once your email is connected), date of birth, when you last contacted them or they last replied, and whether they are on recurring reports. The figure on the right changes with the tab: monthly savings, the count of strategies, Home Equity, or the recommended debt scenario.
Two red badges can appear beside the actions. One says this client's data is locked; the other says they are blocked from automated outreach. A chip under the name opens another deal the same client holds.
The Tabs Across the Top
Rate Analysis holds the comparison and the best option. Strategy evaluates exits such as breaking early. Equity works from the property valuation, which you can override. Debts covers consolidation. A lead-backed candidate also gets Overview, the lead's tracker.
Their Existing Mortgage and Its Flags
The rail holds Deal details, an editable grid that writes back to the deal in your book, and Deal flags, which shows a count or None. Flags call out a loan-to-value above the conventional cap after penalty, a balance that may hide a line of credit, split portions, and a gap between the client's own view of their home value and the estimate. Collapse the rail when you want the width.
Check the penalty source
When the lender on file is unrecognized or unsupported, the break penalty falls back to a generic estimate and a flag says so. Correct the lender before quoting the number.
Reaching Out or Starting a Deal
Reach out opens one dialog with Start a deal, Call client, Text client and Email client. Starting a deal mints a new deal and leaves the book row where it is; the header then shows Started as deal with a View link. The more actions menu adds Upload mortgage statement (a PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP or DOCX up to 50 MB) and Block from outreach, and the bell sets a snooze.
What to Do Next
- Read the Rate Analysis to see how the best option is chosen.
- Fix a Client's Mortgage Details when the rail is out of date.
- Snooze, Remove, or Delete an Opportunity if the timing is wrong.
- Create a Deal once the client is ready to move.
