Every filter and sort on your opportunities list narrows what's on screen. Once the list is the audience you meant, tick a selection and a bar along the bottom turns it into something to act on: a call sheet to print, a segment to message, or a call list to work through by phone.

7:49Selecting a Page or the Whole List
Tick the checkbox above the list and pick a scope. Select This Page takes only the rows on screen. Select All takes every client your current filters match, including everyone on later pages - it can take a moment on a big book, so the count keeps climbing while it loads, and you can keep working while it does. Narrowing back down to a page replaces an all-matching selection rather than adding to it.
A selection can mix refinance and renewal clients without any trouble here - a call sheet, a segment and a call list all take either kind. It's only reaching out to a mixed selection that splits into two batches with separate copy for each lane, and that happens further downstream from this list.
Export a Call Sheet
Export PDF builds a dense, landscape sheet of everyone selected, with the figures a phone call needs already laid out. It's your own working copy rather than anything a client sees, so it carries no branding and stays internal to you.
Save the Selection as a Campaign Segment
Save As Segment turns the selection into a campaign audience. Name it, and BrokerPlus pulls the primary applicant off each opportunity into a segment ready to message. A household is never counted twice - a co-applicant on the same file is reached through their partner rather than as a second audience member of their own. When an opportunity has no client on file at all, it's left out, and the confirmation tells you how many made it in against how many you selected.
Add the Selection to a Call List
Add To Call List queues the same selection as a list to work through by phone. A call list is a different kind of thing from a segment: it's a to-do queue with a status per entry rather than a marketing send. It's the same action a single row's own menu offers, just applied to everyone you've selected at once.
Take Clients Off the List
Removing a selection here is not deleting it. It clears those rows off this filtered view - whichever slice of refinance or renewal you're looking at - and BrokerPlus offers an undo right after, so a change of mind costs nothing. A client only leaves your book for good through Delete, a separate and confirmed action further along the same bar.
What to Do Next
- Filter and Sort Your Opportunities to shape the list before you act on it.
- Reach out to a whole lane once you have a segment or call list ready to message or dial.
- Build a Segment for more on what a campaign audience can do once it's saved.
- Build a Call List for the phone-side view of the same queue.
