A candidate row offers four actions that all sound like "make this go away": snooze, remove, block outreach, and delete. Each does something different, at a different scope, and reverses in a different way. Picking the wrong one either does too little (a client you meant to stop hearing from keeps getting a report) or too much (a deal you only wanted off your list is gone for good).

7:49Snoozing Until a Date
Snooze picks a day at least 24 hours out to circle back. It does not hide the client - they stay in your list the whole time, now carrying a "Snoozed until" badge, and you get an email reminder at 9:00 AM on that morning. Open the row menu to edit the date or unsnooze early; nothing else about the opportunity changes.
Removing From the List
Remove takes the client off your refinance or renewal list. It also cancels any open, scheduled, or drafted automated signal about this specific mortgage, since a standing instruction to contact them about a deal you just said you were done with makes no sense left running. The deal, the contact, and every number on the opportunity survive untouched - a later mortgage for the same client still gets its own opportunity. A confirmation toast offers Undo right after you remove one; past that, switch the list to its Removed view to restore individually or in bulk.
Blocking Automated Outreach
Blocking is a separate decision from removing: it stops Pulse automations from messaging this client without changing whether they appear on your list. You choose the scope - this deal only, or this client across all current and future deals. Setting a client-wide block clears any narrower per-deal blocks underneath it, since a broker who said "stop all of it" should not find one property quietly still muted. Unblock the same way, from the same menu.
Deleting the Deal
Delete is a different kind of action from the other three. It soft-deletes the mortgage deal itself, not just its opportunity, so the deal disappears from the book entirely rather than sitting in a Removed view. Reach for it only when the deal was imported or created by mistake, not when you simply do not want to see a refinance opportunity - Remove is the right tool for that, and it is the one you can undo from this screen.
Finding What You Removed
Toggle the list to show removed opportunities to see what has been dismissed and restore any of them. A snoozed client was never taken off the list, so there is nothing to find there. A deleted deal is gone from your book rather than merely hidden, which is exactly why delete deserves the most caution of the four.
What to Do Next
- Read Review an Opportunity Candidate for what a candidate row is telling you before you act on it.
- Read When a Client Is Not Showing Up if you are trying to work out which of these already happened to a missing client.
- Track Who You Have Contacted to see outreach history before you remove or block someone.
- Read Act on a Filtered List to apply any of these across a whole filtered set at once.
