Not every row needs the full workspace. A quick preview, a wrong figure, or a call you want logged all have a faster path, right there in the list.
The Preview Card on a Row
Click the eye icon on a row to open a preview card anchored right where you clicked: the savings, current rate, term left, balance, break fee and new rate, without leaving your place in the list. It's read-only - exactly what a phone call needs, nothing you change from here.
Editing a Figure in the List
Hover a row and a pencil appears next to the lender. Click it to edit right there: type a new lender and BrokerPlus suggests names off the canonical lender list as you go, or clear the field back to empty. Enter saves, Escape backs out, and clicking away commits whatever you typed.
Renaming an Opportunity
The name in the client column belongs to the opportunity, not to the client - the client stays whoever is on the mortgage no matter what this row is called. Click the pencil beside it to rename what shows on your list. Typing back exactly the name BrokerPlus already generates isn't read as a change, so nothing gets recorded.
The Actions Menu on a Row
The bolt menu on the right of a row holds what you'd otherwise open the client to do: start a deal, call, text, email, add to a call list, snooze a follow-up, or take the row off your list. Snooze relabels itself once a row already has a date set, so you can tell at a glance whether you're setting a new one or changing an existing one.
Opening the Full Workspace
Clicking anywhere else on the row opens the client's full workspace, with everything the row summarized laid out alongside their existing mortgage. That's where you go for anything more than a phone call needs, or to change something an inline edit doesn't cover.
