Delete Your Account

Erase your account permanently, and understand what goes with it.

  • Owner/Admin
  • Solo Broker

Deleting your account permanently erases your account, your data, and your subscription. It cannot be undone. This is only available if you are a solo account owner, not part of a brokerage.

When You'd Use This

Use this when you are closing your BrokerPlus account for good, not pausing it. If you only want to stop paying while keeping your data, cancel your subscription instead and your account stays intact until you choose to come back.

Who Can Delete Their Own Account

Self-service deletion is for a solo account owner: someone who signed up on their own and is not part of a brokerage. If your account is affiliated with a brokerage, whether you are the principal broker or a team member, you cannot delete your own account through this screen. Contact support to close a brokerage account or to leave one.

What Deletion Removes

Open Settings > Account and find Account Deletion, which explains that this permanently erases your account, your data, and cancels your subscription. Selecting Delete account opens a confirmation that spells out exactly what happens:

  • Your account and all your data are permanently erased from BrokerPlus.
  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charges.
  • You are logged out of every session.

The dialog states it plainly underneath: this cannot be undone.

Confirm and Delete

  1. Select Delete account under Account Deletion in Settings.

  2. The dialog lists what gets erased, cancelled, and ended before you can go any further.

  3. Confirm you understand your account, data, and subscription will be permanently deleted. The delete button stays disabled until you do.

  4. Your subscription is cancelled right away, your account is scrubbed and deactivated, and every session, including the one you are in, is signed out. You land back on the login screen.

What To Watch Out For

There is no recovery path once you confirm. If you are not certain, close the dialog with Cancel and think it over rather than checking the box to see what happens next.

If you have unpaid invoices or want a copy of your records first, take care of that before you delete. Once your subscription is cancelled here, it is cancelled immediately rather than at the end of your billing period, so there is no grace window to change your mind and no partial refund for time left on your plan.

What to Do Next

  • Export your data first if you want a copy of your book before you delete anything.
  • Manage your subscription instead if you only want to pause billing, not close your account.
  • Find invoices and update payment details to settle anything outstanding beforehand.

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
