Referrals sits under your own name in the header, not in the workspace rail, because it is a personal invitation you send rather than a brokerage tool.
Who the Referral Program Is For
This is BrokerPlus's own broker-referral program: invite a broker or agent who works outside your brokerage to join BrokerPlus, and you both get a discount once they do. It is unrelated to the realtors, lawyers and other partners who send you clients - manage those through Manage Your Referral Partners in your contacts, not here. Because the reward is personal rather than brokerage-wide, a brokerage owner who already has oversight of their team does not see this page - it is built for a solo broker or an individual teammate shopping for their own benefit.
Send an Invitation
Type the colleague's email address and select Send Referral. BrokerPlus emails them an invitation to book an onboarding call. That send is best-effort: if delivery stumbles for some reason, your referral still counts as sent and stays on your list.
Track Sent, Pending and Completed
The top of the page counts every referral you have sent, how many are still pending, and how many are completed. Each row below shows the address and the date you sent it. A referral turns completed once that colleague joins BrokerPlus through it; until then it stays pending.
When an Address Is Refused
BrokerPlus refuses an invitation in two cases. You cannot refer the same email twice - if it is already on your list, it is sent once and you watch that one instead of starting a duplicate. And you cannot refer someone who already holds a BrokerPlus account under any brokerage - that check runs across every organization on the platform, not just yours, which is what catches someone who signed up elsewhere before your invitation reached them.
What to Do Next
- Manage Your Subscription to see a completed referral's discount reflected on your plan.
- Get Help and Send Feedback if an invitation you sent never seems to have arrived.
