Integrations is one page that gathers every outside service BrokerPlus works alongside, grouped by what each one does. It is a status board, not a settings form: most cards show whether a connection is healthy and hand you off to where the detail actually lives.
What the Integrations Page Shows
Each connection sits in a card with an icon, a short description, and a status chip, all inside one of a few grouped sections. Some cards link straight to another page for their real controls; others open their setup inline, behind a button, so the page is not a long scroll of forms nobody is filling in at that moment.
Meetings and Calendar
The Meetings & Calendar section shows whether a calendar is synced, alongside the notetaker policy and meeting-recording connections. Calendar colors, visibility, and which calendars the notetaker may join are managed on the calendar itself; this card only reports sync status and links you there.
Phone and Messaging
Phone & Messaging shows your provisioned phone line, if you have one, and any connected calling or messaging provider. Voicemail, your receptionist greeting, and missed-call texting live on the phone settings surface; this card reports whether a number is active and links to that page.
Documents, Credit and Accounting
Documents & Signing lists every signing provider you can send documents through, including the built-in signer BrokerPlus always offers. Connect a provider, mark one as your default, and set per-lender exceptions for a lender that will not accept a particular signer, all from this card. Credit Bureau shows your Equifax connection. Accounting, visible to admins only, lists providers like QuickBooks; a connected one shows its company name, its currency, and whether its accounts are mapped yet, and offers a way to map them, test the connection, or disconnect it.
Reading a Connection's Status
A chip beside each title tells you where things stand: a filled dot with a name like "connected" or "synced" means it is working, an amber chip asking for attention means the connection needs reconnecting or has an error to resolve, and a muted chip means nothing is connected yet. A long provider list, such as document signing or accounting, shows your connected ones first and tucks the rest behind Show more so a live connection is never hidden.
Where Each Connection Is Really Managed
Treat this page as the front door, not the whole house. Calendar and phone cards are summaries that send you to the calendar and phone surfaces for their actual settings. Document signing, credit bureau, and accounting connections are managed right here, with their setup, mapping, and lender rules inline on the card itself. If a card reports an error, the fix is usually a reconnect through that same card or, for an unconfigured provider, a note asking your admin to finish the app setup on BrokerPlus's side first.
