There are two ways to change your password: send yourself a reset link while you are already signed in, or reset one you cannot remember from the sign-in page.
Send Yourself a Reset Link
While signed in, go to Settings and find Reset Password in your account section. Selecting Send Reset Link emails a reset link to your own address. This is the easier path when you are already at your desk and simply want to change a password you can still use to sign in.
Reset a Password You Forgot
From the sign-in page, select Forgot password? and enter your email. BrokerPlus emails a reset link if that address belongs to an account, and shows the same confirmation either way so nobody can use this page to check whether an address is registered. Open the link and it takes you to a page to choose a new password. The link is only good for an hour, and asking for a new one replaces it.
Choose a Password That Is Accepted
A new password needs at least ten characters, with at least one letter and one number. The reset page checks each of these live as you type, so you can see exactly what is still missing before you submit.
What a Reset Does to Your Other Sessions
Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else it is in use. Every other active session, on any other device or browser, is ended at the same time, and if you were still signed in on the device where you started the reset, that gets signed out too. Sign back in with your new password wherever you need to keep working.
If You Do Not See the Reset Row
The account section in Settings, including Reset Password, only shows for the person who owns the account. If you were invited onto someone else's team, you do not see this row, because there is nothing on your account for it to reset. If you cannot sign in and have no way to reach this page, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page instead, which works for every user regardless of role.
