Between Pulse, client requests, tasks and your inbox, a lot runs on BrokerPlus without you touching it each time. The Automations summary is where you see all of it in one list, with a link to the real editor behind each row.
Open the Automations Summary
Go to Settings and choose Automations. This page sets nothing itself. It reads the current value of every automation control across BrokerPlus and lays them out together, so you can see the shape of what is running before you go change any one piece of it.
Reading Running for You
At the top, a single count reads Running for You, such as 14 of 22. It counts anything fully on plus anything partly on, because a family of eight scanners with three switched on is genuinely running, not off. This is the one number on the page, so it never disagrees with the rows underneath it.
The Four Groups
Rows are grouped by what they do rather than by which page owns them:
- Reaching Out - what goes to a client or a lead without you sending it, such as your Pulse triggers and renewal reminders.
- While a Client Is with You - what their request, documents and reports do on their own, such as reminder emails and automatic verification.
- Coming Back to You - what files a task, sends you an alert, or writes something up for you, such as automatic tasks and meeting recaps.
- Working on Your Behalf - what BrokerPlus may decide or suggest without being asked, such as reading lender conditions from email or answering a call.
Each row also names how it is set off: on a date, on a deal event, or only when you send something yourself.
On, Off and Partly On
A row shows On when every switch behind it is on, Off when none are, and Partly On with a count such as 3 of 8 when it is a family of related switches and only some are active. Off is not shown as a loud chip on purpose, since it is the resting state for most controls and the page would be harder to scan if every dormant row shouted the same word. A row can also read Unavailable when the feature behind it does not apply to your setup.
A row carrying a small lock and a note such as "Set by your team's broker" is one your team's broker controls rather than you, which is common on a shared board rather than a personal one.
Change Something From Here
Every row is a link, not a switch. Selecting one opens the actual editor that owns that value, whether that is your Pulse library, your request settings, or your task settings, rather than changing anything on this page directly. Treat this list as where you find what is running and where it lives, then make the change on the page it belongs to.
