Partners keeps every realtor, lawyer, appraiser and planner who sends or receives your business on one page: who is worth the most, who has gone quiet, and the ledger behind each relationship.
Adding a Partner
Select Add Partner, search your contacts before typing a new one, and give them a role, a type, and a company if they have one. A partner added here is saved to your CRM like any other contact.
What Each Partner Is Worth
Each row totals what a partner sent you, what you sent them, funded volume, gross commission, and their lead-to-deal rate. The two directions are asymmetric on purpose: what a partner sends you is captured automatically as their referred deals close, while what you send them only counts once you log it yourself.
Spotting a Partner Who Has Gone Quiet
A flag beside a partner's name marks no contact in the last 90 days, with a clock icon for quiet and a different icon for no recorded contact at all, since the two call for different action and color alone can't tell them apart. A fresh relationship shows no flag.
Three Ways Back Into a Quiet Relationship
Opening the flag surfaces up to three suggestions built from that partner's own figures: a call to reconnect when they have sent funded deals, sending business back when traffic has only run one way, or a check-in email, coffee invite or short text. Each opens a message already drafted for you.
Reading a Partner's Full Activity History
The activity icon on a partner's row opens every email, text, call and meeting with them, newest first, the same timeline their contact page shows, so it never disagrees depending on where you looked.
What a Realtor Likely Earned From Your Referrals
Est. Earned only appears for realtors, since they are paid a published percentage of a sale price and every other role bills a fee this page has no way to know. It estimates 2.5% of the property value on deals you introduced them to, and stays blank without a priced deal.
Grouping by Type or Company
Switch the table to By Type or By Company to roll partners up by profession or firm. A rollup's totals are recomputed from the group's own sums rather than averaged across its partners, so one large deal and several small ones don't blur into a false average.
Noting the Office Behind a Company
A company rollup can only show the name every partner there shares, so it carries its own note for which office, who runs it and how the arrangement works, useful once one firm name covers several partners at different branches.
How Business Is Attributed to a Partner
A partner is credited with sending you business when tagged as the referral source on a lead or a funded deal, or through a recorded referral between contacts. Being listed as a partner is broader than being credited: a role on a deal or a saved contact puts someone here before any business is attributed to them.
Editing a Partner's Follow-Up Details
Expand a partner's row to edit their name, type, company, contact info, last-contact and next-follow-up dates, notes, and the color their referrals use on the chart above.
Exporting or Removing a Partner
Export the whole book, or one partner's own activity, from the export icon on their row. Removing a partner from their expanded row deletes the referral-source record but leaves their contact and deal history in place.
