Use CRM as the unified list of contacts you can access. Add people and companies, narrow the list with verified facets, and open a profile for ongoing relationship work.

8:07Find and Filter Contacts
- Open CRM and search by a complete first name, last name, nickname, email address, or full name. Partial text does not match these fields.
- Filter by Lead, Client, Partner, Refinance, Renewal, or relationship status.
- Sort or page by name, deal count, or recent activity.
- Use the Team column only when your access includes more than one navigable team.
CRM shows contacts you can access. It does not currently offer a separate, verified Master View or a team-scope control.
Add a Contact
- Select New contact and choose an individual or company.
- Choose an initial type: Lead, Client, Partner, or Co-broker.
- Add the available contact details and an optional source.
- Review possible duplicates before creating another record.
View-only users can inspect accessible contacts but cannot create or edit them.
Understand Contact Facets
Lead and Client are derived from borrower deal history. BrokerPlus updates those facets as the person's deal relationship changes.
Partner and Co-broker are managed manually. Add or remove them from the contact profile when the relationship changes.
Keep one relationship record
If BrokerPlus shows a possible duplicate, open the existing profile before creating another contact. Deals, notes, communication, and referrals are easier to follow when they remain linked to one person.
