Discovery lists lenders and their lowest published product ranked by what you would personally earn, so you always know which lender to reach for first.
What Discovery Ranks
For each lender, Discovery takes its lowest-rate published product and ranks lenders by your own expected compensation on that product, highest first. Ties break to the lower rate, then alphabetically, so the order never shuffles for no reason.
Reading a Lender Row
Each row shows the lender, its product name and term, the published rate, and Your Comp: your split of that lender's finder fee. A rank badge on the left reflects the compensation order, not the rate.
The High Penalty Flag
A High Penalty badge marks a product from a small, hand-maintained list of structurally restrictive products, such as a fully-closed term or one with reduced prepayment privileges. It is a fact about the product's structure, not a calculated penalty for any client's specific mortgage, so confirm the borrower won't need to break or prepay early before recommending it.
Searching Lenders and Products
The search box filters by lender or product name as you type. You can also jump straight to Discovery from the command palette by searching for lenders, lender search, or products.
Where the Numbers Come From
Your Comp is not a live calculation for a real client file. It applies your own compensation split, and the lender's finder fee (with any volume bonus), to one fixed representative mortgage amount used the same way for every lender, so the ranking compares lenders on equal footing rather than describing any specific deal you have in front of you. The badge beside your split explains this on hover.
