Connect email first because the same authorization supplies mailbox sending and calendar access. Then choose which calendars appear, configure the notetaker, and publish a booking type.

- Open Settings, then Email under You. The same settings also open from Settings in your inbox.
- Admins connect the Shared inbox there. A team member uses Connect my email only after an admin grants personal sending permission.
- Open the hosted provider picker and choose Google, Outlook, or another supported mail provider.
- Approve the requested email and calendar access. Reconnect from the same card if authorization later expires.
After you connect, BrokerPlus starts syncing new mailbox activity and imports available sent-and-received history. The first history import can take time to appear. Refresh the page before reconnecting, and reconnect from the same card only if the authorization has expired.
Calendar sync is attempted automatically after a connection or reconnection. There is no calendar-sync switch in Settings.
Choose Calendar Visibility
Open Calendar, then Calendar settings to:
- show or hide discovered calendars;
- assign a colour to each visible calendar;
- optionally display Reminders.
The Calendar page uses the connection resolved for the workspace. After an admin or teammate changes a connection, refresh Calendar and confirm the expected calendars appear before relying on availability.
Enable the Notetaker
- An admin enables the workspace notetaker under Settings > Integrations and sets the Bot display name.
- Each permitted person turns on Auto-join my meetings.
- Select the eligible calendars. An explicit opt-out on an event always wins.
Publish Your Booking Link
In the Calendar booking panel:
- set your availability;
- choose your handle;
- create and publish at least one meeting type;
- copy the booking link.
Connect calendar before sharing the link so external busy time can block availability. Changing the handle retires the old URL. Location is copied exactly as entered, and BrokerPlus does not create a conference link for the meeting.
