Once you have a report you'd send to more than one client, Generate for many runs it across a whole list in one pass instead of opening each deal on its own.
Choosing Who Gets One
Generate for many opens a picker over your book, filtered to clients enrolled in recurring reports. Search by name, email or address, tick as many as you want, or select every match across the whole filtered list at once. Each pick is a client's own deal, since your book runs one deal per person, and the report renders against that person's own numbers.
Launching the Run
Launching starts a background run against either the report you saved as a template or whatever's currently sitting in the canvas if you haven't saved it yet. A single run is capped at 500 clients; picking more than that means splitting the list across a second run.
Watching It Render
Reports render one client at a time rather than all at once, so a large batch takes a while. The modal's progress bar tracks how many are finished against the total, live, and each client's row shows whether their report is still pending, done, or failed. A failure on one client's file never stops the rest - the run keeps going and reports back exactly what it could and couldn't produce.
Downloading One or All of Them
Each finished report gets its own PDF download link the moment it's ready, so you don't have to wait for the whole run to grab an early one. Once the run finishes, a Download all (zip) button also appears, bundling every finished PDF into one file - provided the batch stays inside the bundle's own limits.
Limits Worth Knowing
A single run tops out at 500 clients, and because it renders sequentially, the more you pick the longer it takes. The zip bundle only assembles when 200 or fewer reports finished successfully and their combined size stays under 100 MB; past either ceiling, the zip is skipped and you fall back to each report's own download link, which always exists regardless of how the zip turns out.
What to Do Next
- Build a Custom Report to save the template you want to run in bulk.
- Build a Consolidation Report if the layout you're running is the debt consolidation preset.
- Schedule Recurring Equity Reports if what you actually want is reports that keep going out on their own, not a one-time batch.
