Schedule Recurring Equity Reports

Have a report reach a client on a cadence, and pause it when you need to.

Open Equity Reports in BrokerPlus

Enrolling a client puts their property report on a standing schedule, so it keeps arriving between deals without you touching it again. You pick the cadence when you add them, change it per client afterwards, and pause anyone you want to go quiet on for a while.

Choosing a Cadence

Frequency offers four: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually and Annually. Each is a rolling interval rather than a calendar day, counted from the client's last report: 30, 90, 182 and 365 days. Clients enrolled at different times stay staggered, which is what you want.

Starting Now or Later

Open Add Report, choose your clients, then Continue through the review step to reach the send choice.

  1. Send a one-time report mails each selected client a single report today and schedules nothing.
  2. Send recurring report now sends the first report today, then repeats on the cadence you pick. Set Frequency, then Start recurring.
  3. Send recurring report later sends nothing today. Set Frequency, then Schedule recurring, and the first report goes out one full interval after you enroll them.

Changing One Client's Frequency

The reports list carries a Frequency column, and it is a picker. Change it on the row and it saves immediately, with no modal and no re-enrolling. The new interval is measured from that client's last report, so moving someone from monthly to quarterly pushes their next one out rather than resetting it.

Pausing Against Removing

Tick the checkboxes at the end of the rows and a bar appears with Pause, Resume and Remove.

Pause stops the sends and keeps the client enrolled, so Resume on their row picks the cadence back up. Remove takes them off the list entirely. Pause is the one for a client mid-deal or close to renewal.

Unsubscribed is not paused

A row reading Unsubscribed is the client's own choice on that property, not yours. Leaving your marketing list never silences equity reports, and the reverse is also true.

When the Next One Goes Out

The Status column shows each client's next date beside their local send time, or Due now once that date has passed. Reports go at 9:00 AM in the client's own time, derived from the property's province or postal code, falling back to your timezone when neither places them.

The sweep runs hourly, so a report leaves in the hour that matches the client's 9:00 AM. Two settings can hold one back, and a client whose deal has been archived, deleted or dismissed stops receiving them.
