Every calculator offers Preview & Export for a branded document, and most also offer Copy summary for a quick text version. Reach for whichever fits where the number is going next.
Copy Summary
Copy summary, in the calculator's header, copies a plain text version of the current result to your clipboard. Use it for an email, a text message, or a note on the deal. Nothing downloads and nothing leaves your clipboard until you paste it somewhere. Mortgage Plan, Strategy Analysis, Prepayment Penalty and Rental Income have no Copy summary button; those four export through their own controls instead.
Preview and Export
Preview & Export opens the same document you would download, built in your brokerage's branding before anything leaves the screen. Toggle a section off if the client does not need it, and the preview rebuilds to match. Download once the preview looks right; closing the preview without downloading discards nothing on the calculator itself, since your inputs stay in the scratchpad behind it.
Choosing Which Sections Print
Every calculator's export is built from the same hero figures and section list, so the toggle sidebar works the same way wherever you open it. Turn a section off to leave it out of the download. If a section has nothing to show, for example a lender comparison run before enough inputs are filled in, it says so plainly instead of disappearing from the list, so you know it exists and why it is empty rather than wondering if something failed to load.
How Your Brand Paints the Document
The exported PDF is client facing, so it paints from your brokerage's brand colours and fonts rather than fixed BrokerPlus styling. Section titles and headers stay on the house type face so the document reads the same whether it is downloaded or forwarded by email, and your brand's heading font is reserved for the headline figures, the numbers a client's eye lands on first. Set your brand colours and logo once and every calculator export picks it up automatically.
Calculators That Add Their Own Export
Mortgage Plan and Run a Prepayment Penalty Calculation add their own save, history, and download actions alongside their own export. The prepayment penalty calculator keeps up to three recent calculations in your browser and lets you choose between a focused Penalty Result or the fuller Refinance Analysis before you export. Follow the actions shown inside those two calculators.
