Your logo and brand colours are what a client actually sees on the documents, portal and pages you send them. Set them once in Canvas and they carry through everywhere your brokerage shows up.

2:45Where Canvas Lives
Go to Tools > Canvas to find your brokerage's brand settings. Canvas also shows a live preview alongside the settings, so you can see how a change looks against a real client document before you commit to it.
Owners and admins can change the brokerage logo and colours from here. Team members can see the current brand but can't edit it, unless their team has its own override (more on that below).
Upload Your Brokerage Logo
Under the brand section, select the logo upload area and choose an image. It saves the moment you upload it, no separate save step needed, and it replaces whatever logo was there before.
Pick a Primary and Secondary Colour
Set a primary and secondary colour either by typing a hex code into the field or using the colour picker next to it. These two colours are what most of your client-facing material draws from, so it's worth picking ones that read clearly against white.
Unlike the logo, colour changes don't save instantly. Adjust both fields, check the live preview, then select Save changes when you're happy with the result.
Where Your Colours Show Up
Your brand colours appear across the client portal, booking pages, lead forms, reports and PDFs you send. If a colour looks off on one of these, come back to Canvas and check what's actually saved rather than what's still sitting in an unsaved preview.
What Happens If You Set No Logo
If you haven't uploaded a logo, client-facing material shows the BrokerPlus mark instead. Nothing breaks and nothing blocks you from saving other brand settings in the meantime.
Common Gotchas
Only owners and admins can change the brokerage logo and colours. If you're on a team, keep in mind a team can paint its own colours over the brokerage default. If a change here doesn't seem to reach a client's document, that team may already have its own override set.
What to Do Next
Once your colours and logo are set, pick your brand fonts, or set your own headshot and contact details so client-facing material carries your personal identity too. If you send feature sheets, you can also choose what appears on them.
