Your calendar can carry more than your own meetings. Once a teammate has shared their calendar with you, their time shows up right on your grid beside yours - as much or as little detail as they chose to share.

4:42Whose Calendars You Can See
Open calendar settings from the gear icon and the Teammates section lists anyone whose calendar has entries inside the week you're currently looking at. That list is drawn straight off what's already on the grid, so a teammate with nothing scheduled this week has nothing to show you here. Whether you can see someone at all is decided on their side, in their own mailbox's sharing settings, not by anything you can switch on from your own page.
Fold a Teammate Away
Each name in the Teammates list gets its own switch. Turning it off folds that person's entries out of your grid, which is purely about decluttering a busy week - it changes nothing about what they've shared with you. Turn it back on and their time returns exactly as it was, because nothing about their sharing setting ever moved.
Busy Blocks With No Detail
A teammate whose mailbox has Hide My Meeting Details switched on shows up as a plain, locked Busy block: BrokerPlus knows the time is taken and nothing else, because that is all their mailbox settings sent along. Seeing a busy block with no title, guests, or location is not a sync problem - it is exactly what that setting looks like from the other side, and the fix, if you want more, is asking them to turn it off under their own mailbox settings, not something you can pull from here.
Day View Splits by Calendar
Switch to Day with more than one calendar switched on - your own or a teammate's shared one - and the grid splits into a column per calendar instead of one shared column. It's the fastest way to tell whose morning is actually free when two calendars look crowded at a glance.
Teammate Calendars Are Read Only
Whatever a teammate has shared, you are looking, not editing. A busy block cannot be opened at all, and a fully shared meeting opens for viewing only - there is no edit action on either from your own calendar page. Anything that needs to change on their calendar has to change on theirs.
What to Do Next
- Use Your Calendar for the rest of what the grid shows and how to book a meeting on it.
- Choose What Your Team Sees of Your Mailbox to control what your own calendar shares with teammates.
- Connect Your Calendar if your own meetings aren't the ones showing up yet.
