Every email you send from BrokerPlus goes out through a mailbox you connected, carrying whichever deal it belongs to, so the message and the file stay in step from the moment you write it.

Click Compose from the inbox to open a fresh message. Add recipients to To, and reveal Cc or Bcc when you need them. Writing to more than one recipient offers a mail merge switch, which sends each person their own separate copy rather than one message everyone can see the others on.
Choose the Mailbox It Leaves From
If you have more than one mailbox connected, a picker at the top of the composer lets you choose which one this message sends from. Leave it alone and BrokerPlus uses your default mailbox, which is what every broker with a single connection keeps doing without noticing the picker at all. The signature under your message follows whichever mailbox you pick, so switching mailboxes mid-draft can change what appears under your name.
Attach the Deal and Start From a Template
BrokerPlus tries to resolve a deal for you as you type, from the subject and the recipients, and shows it as a small linked chip beside the subject line. Pick a different deal, or clear the suggestion, using that same chip. Once a deal is attached, a template picker appears so you can start from a saved letter instead of a blank message. A template's tokens, like the client's name or the deal's closing date, only resolve once a deal is attached, which is why the picker waits for one.
Files and Open Tracking
Attach files with the paperclip control below the message; BrokerPlus warns you, without blocking the send, if your text mentions an attachment but none is added. Beside it sits open tracking, off, on, or left automatic so BrokerPlus follows your workspace's own rules and the cold-contact policy for someone you have not written to before.
Reply From Inside a Thread
Replying from an open thread works the same way, with the same mailbox picker, deal chip, attachments and tracking control, scoped to that one conversation. Use Reply all to keep everyone on the thread, or Forward to send it somewhere new. A reply you are not ready to send yet can be saved as a draft rather than sent right away.
What to Do Next
- Save and Use Email Snippets to reuse the paragraphs you write most often.
- Track Email Opens to see how tracking behaves once a message goes out.
- Work with Drafts and Scheduled Sends to hold a message until later.
- Link a Thread to a Deal if a reply belongs on a different file than the one it started on.
