While you are writing a reply, BrokerPlus keeps scanning the subject and the message body for a date. The moment it finds one, that day's calendar opens beside the composer, so you can check what else is booked and put the meeting on the calendar without leaving the thread.

5:12When the Day Panel Appears
The scan runs against the subject and whatever you have typed so far, a little after each pause in typing. As soon as it recognizes a day, real or relative ("Thursday", "the 14th"), the panel slides in showing that day's schedule. Clear the date from your message, or mention a different day, and the panel updates or disappears to match. Closing the composer clears it too.
Book the Time Without Leaving the Thread
The panel is the same single day view as the Calendar page: an hour grid, an all-day strip, and a line marking the current time if the day shown is today. Click an empty slot, or drag across a few, to open the appointment editor with that time already filled in. Save it there and it lands on your calendar immediately, with the thread's composer still open and your draft untouched.
Open an Existing Meeting From the Panel
If the day already holds something, click it to see the details: time, attendees and any notes on the event. From there you can jump into editing it, the same editor used for creating a new one, without switching over to the Calendar page.
Go Back to the Thread Details
The day panel only replaces the details column while you are composing. Close the composer, or discard the draft, and the panel gives way back to the contact card, the deal summary and the rest of the thread's details.
When No Date Is Found
Nothing in your draft has to mention a date. If none is detected, the composer keeps whatever the details panel was already showing, and nothing changes until a date does show up. There is no manual way to summon the panel for a day of your choosing; it only opens for a date it found in the message you are writing, and the full calendar (linked in Use Your Calendar) is where you go to look at any other day.
