The calendar is your week and everything your week already implies: the meetings you booked, the deals closing, the reminders falling due. There is no New Meeting button, because the grid itself is the button.

4:42Day, Week, Month, and Year
Four views sit at the top right: Day, Week, Month and Year. The arrows step one period at a time and Today brings you back. Day and Week draw a timed grid with a line at the current time; Month and Year are density views, and clicking a day in Year drops you into Day for that date.
If you have more than one calendar switched on, Day splits into one column per calendar so you can see where an entry actually lives.
Create a Meeting by Clicking or Dragging
- Drag down the times you want on the grid. The span snaps to fifteen minutes and the editor opens already holding that start and end.
- Click a single empty slot instead and you get an hour from that time. Clicking a bare day cell in Month gives you 9:00 for an hour.
- Fill in Add a title, and if you need them, Add location, Repeat and Add notes.
- Choose Create.
Clicking an existing block opens its details rather than the editor. Editing is a deliberate second step, through Edit appointment.
Add Guests and a Video Link
Type an address into Add guest by email and add it. Guests show their reply against their name as it arrives: accepted, declined, maybe, or awaiting reply. Turn on Add Google Meet and a video link is created on the invite, which anyone can later take with Copy meeting link.
Guests on an event that came from your connected calendar are managed there, not here.
When someone books through your booking link and leaves a phone number, that number sits under their name in the meeting's details, with a call button beside it. Nothing shows there if they skipped the field, or if the meeting did not come from a booking link.
Link a Meeting to a Deal
Link to a deal (optional) attaches the meeting to a file. From the meeting's details, Open deal takes you straight to it, so a call you booked three weeks ago still knows which mortgage it belongs to.
What the Coloured Blocks Mean
Not everything on the grid is something you booked. Closing dates and task due dates are drawn live from your deals and tasks, so they appear without anyone putting them there and they cannot drift from the source.
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Appointment | A meeting on your calendar |
| Closing | A deal's closing date, read only |
| Reminder | A task due that day, read only |
| Out of office | Time marked away |
| Focus time | Time held for work |
| Busy | A teammate is taken, details withheld |
Reminders are off until you ask for them
Task reminders are hidden by default. Turn on Show reminders in calendar settings to lay them over the grid.
What to Do Next
- Connect Your Calendar so your real days are on the grid.
- See a Teammate's Calendar before you book across the team.
- Turn On the Meeting Notetaker to get a recap of the calls you just booked.
