Your booking link is one page a client opens to claim a time that is genuinely free. It lives on the Booking tab of the calendar, and it is built from three things: the hours you keep, the link people land on, and the meeting types you publish. Your own calendars block their time from the moment you connect them; a calendar you only subscribe to does not until you say so.

4:42Set Your Weekly Hours
Availability holds one open window per weekday. New accounts start Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, with weekends closed. Switch a day off to close it, edit the open and close times to reshape it, then click Save hours. An open day needs its open time before its close time, so the save is refused otherwise.
Close Days You Are Out
A vacation or a conference is a one-off, not a change to your week. Under Blocked days, click Pick days and click a date on the month grid to close it, or drag across a stretch of them. A click takes effect immediately, and the chip it leaves behind has an X to unblock it. Weekdays you closed in your hours show in the grid as closed already.
Choose Which Calendars Protect Your Time
Under Calendars That Block Booking, the count tells you how many of your connected calendars currently close slots. Click it to open the list and switch each one on or off.
Calendars you own start on, so a meeting on any of them hides that time from clients. Calendars you only subscribe to start off: a mailbox can bring in dozens of them at once, and a statutory holiday feed or a brokerage-wide training calendar would empty your week if it counted against you.
That default is wrong for anything on a shared calendar that is genuinely your time, and a kid's sports schedule is the usual one. Switch it on and practice nights stop being bookable. A subscribed calendar is marked with a padlock in the list.
Switching one on also shows it on your calendar
BrokerPlus only knows a calendar is busy while it is syncing, and a calendar hidden from your calendar has stopped. Turning one on here brings it back onto your calendar so its events are current. You can recolour it or hide it again from the gear on the calendar itself, but hiding it stops it blocking.
If a row is greyed out, the whole mailbox is left out of your availability. Open Settings, then Email, and turn on Include in my availability for that mailbox first.
Pick Your Booking Handle
Your handle is the whole path after the booking domain, so it has to be yours alone. One is minted for you from your name on first load, and you can tidy it up in the field under Your booking link, then click Save. Use letters, numbers and single hyphens, three to forty characters. A handle somebody else already holds comes back as taken, and changing yours retires the old link.
A new handle breaks the old one
The panel says it plainly before you save. Any link you have already sent, embedded or printed stops working the moment the handle changes, so settle on one early.
Publish a Meeting Type
The link only appears once you have something to book. Under Meeting types, click New, give it a name and a duration, and create it. Each row carries its own switch reading On or Off, so you can take a type down without deleting it and losing its link. Turning every type off leaves your main link with nothing to offer.

Choose What the Booking Form Asks
Every meeting type has its own form. Open a meeting type and look under Booking form. Name is always asked, because it titles the meeting. Email, Phone number and Anything to share each have three settings:
- Required: the client cannot book without filling it in.
- Optional: shown, but the client can leave it blank.
- Hidden: left off the form entirely.
Guest emails can be optional or hidden, but are never required.
Type into Custom label to ask a field in your own words. For a phone appointment, set Phone number to Required and label it "What's the best number to reach you?". The answer is still saved as the client's phone number, so it lands on their contact and text reminders can reach it.
Below the standard fields, Intake questions adds your own questions, each of which can be required.
Some fields are required for you
A meeting whose location is Phone call, or one that sends text reminders, always requires the phone number, and the form says why. Email stays required unless the phone number is required, so there is always a way to reach the person who booked.
Preview What a Client Sees
Use Preview on the booking card to open your own page, or Copy link to paste it into an email. A client sees your brokerage branding, then one row per published type with its duration and location. Picking one opens that meeting's page and the real open times. Preview once after any change to your hours, because it is the only view that shows what is actually offered.
