A lead form can ask a stranger to be considered for a recurring equity report. Filling it in doesn't enroll them. It puts them on Pulse > Reports > Equity, on the list waiting for a broker to look at, and only your approval turns that into a schedule.
What Lands in Waiting
Each row names the client, their property address and value where known, which form asked, or nothing, if they reached your book another way, and how long ago they were proposed. Nobody is enrolled and no report has gone out yet.
Why a Row Cannot Be Selected
Every row carries the same preflight check the enrollment wizard runs. A blocker, no email on file, a sanctions freeze, or no property value, stops the row from being selected at all, with a chip explaining why. A warning, an LTV over 100%, an LTV at or above 80%, no balance, no lender, or no address, still lets you select the row. It just means the report that goes out will read thin until you fill the gap.
Approving at a Cadence
Select the rows you want, choose Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually or Annually from the frequency picker, then approve. That is enrollment, the same step as adding a client by hand: nothing sends immediately just because you approved it. See Schedule Recurring Equity Reports for what a cadence means once a client is on it, and Create an Equity Report for the choice between sending now, sending later, or a one-time report.
Declining a Suggestion
Decline takes the selected rows off the list without enrolling them. It is remembered: the same person filling in the same form again will not be re-suggested, because a broker's no is treated as a settled answer, not a question to ask again next month. A client already enrolled, already waiting on your decision, or who has unsubscribed from reports on that property, is never re-proposed either.
