Choose When a Report Is Held Back

Stop a recurring report when the value has not moved or a renewal is close.

Open Equity Reports in BrokerPlus

A recurring report keeps arriving on schedule by default. Two switches let you hold one back instead: when the property has not gained value, and when the mortgage is close enough to maturity that a renewal call matters more than another report.

Holding a recurring report back for a flat value or an approaching maturity, and what reaches you between sends.

Only Send When the Home Value Has Gone Up

Open Pulse > Reports > Equity, then the settings icon, and turn on Only send reports when the home value has gone up. With it on, a recurring send is held unless the property is worth more than it was a full period ago, measured against that client's own cadence. A property with no earlier valuation to compare against still sends, since there is nothing to hold it against. One-time reports are never affected by this switch.

Stop Reports Before Maturity

Turn on Stop reports before maturity in the same panel, then set Stop this far ahead in months. Once a client's mortgage falls inside that window before its maturity date, their recurring report stops rather than landing while a renewal conversation is the one worth having. A deal with no maturity date on file is never held by this switch, and one-time sends still go out regardless of how close maturity is.

Copy Yourself on Every Recurring Send

Bcc me on recurring reports blind-copies your own inbox on every recurring send, so you see what a client received without being listed as a recipient. It is a personal delivery choice layered on your organization's default: leave it alone and you inherit whatever the principal broker set, or turn it on or off yourself to override that default for your own sends.

What Reaches You About a Report

Two notifications live in this same panel. Client updated their report notifies you when a client corrects their balance, valuation or address from their own copy, and can also email you a copy of that alert. Client subscribed to equity reports tells you when a client turns on their own recurring schedule rather than you enrolling them. Both notify in-app by default, and either can be turned off if it is more noise than signal for your book.
