A feature sheet is client-facing marketing collateral, so what it prints about you deserves the same attention as what it prints about the listing. Selecting Settings on Marketing > Feature Sheets opens the one place that controls it, and every sheet you generate afterward - searched or custom-built - reads from the same choices.
Your Direct Line or Your BrokerPlus Line
Under Phone Number, pick BrokerPlus Line to print the number BrokerPlus provisioned for you, or My Own Number to print whatever you've typed on Canvas. Whichever you pick, the setting shows you exactly what will print underneath it, so there's no guessing between here and the PDF. If you choose a source you haven't set up yet - no BrokerPlus line, no direct number on file - BrokerPlus tells you so and links straight to where you'd add it, rather than quietly leaving the sheet blank.
Showing Licence Numbers
Two separate toggles control your own licence number and your brokerage's: Show My Licence Number and Show the Brokerage Licence Number. Both start on, because every sheet has always shipped with a licence number and turning either off is a deliberate choice, not a default you have to opt into. Each toggle shows you the exact number it would print, or tells you it's missing if neither you nor your brokerage has added one yet.
The Website on the Sheet
The website isn't set here - it's read from whatever's on your Canvas profile. If you've added one, this screen shows you what it displays; if you haven't, it tells you so and links to Canvas to add it. There's nothing to turn off: a sheet either has a website to print or it doesn't, and fixing that happens at the source rather than in this modal.
Making Sheets for Your Broker
If you're on a broker's team as an assistant or coordinator, the sheets you generate are your broker's sheets. They print your broker's name, headshot, phone number, email, website and licence number, not yours, and they follow the settings your broker chose here. You'll see those settings when you open Settings, but only your broker can change them. There's no need to edit your own Canvas profile to make a sheet look right; your own details stay yours.
How Your Brand Paints It
Everything these settings control sits alongside the rest of the sheet's identity - your headshot, your brokerage's logo and your organization's brand colours - all pulled from your own brand tokens rather than a fixed house look. A sheet built off a searched listing and one built from your own photos both read the exact same settings, so fixing a licence number or a phone source here fixes it on every sheet you generate from either path, past and future alike.
