When a client corrects a figure on their own equity report, BrokerPlus can email them back to confirm it landed, and file you a task at the same time. Both are written per field, so an address change can behave differently from a balance change.

6:41The Three Changes a Client Can Make
A client can edit three things on their own report: mortgage balance, property value, or property address. Each has its own alert email and its own task switch, because a broker treats them differently, a valuation nudge is routine, an address change means the report is now about a different house. Open Change Alerts from Pulse > Reports > Equity, or from the Change Alerts tab of the Equity Report Settings modal, and pick a tab to write that one's email.
Writing Each Alert Email
Each tab holds a subject and body with variables for the client's name, your name, falling back to your organization's name when the deal carries no assigned broker, the property address, and the old and new value. Money fields render as full dollar amounts.
Turn the tab's switch on and BrokerPlus sends that email the next morning at 9:00 AM in the property's own timezone. Several edits to the same field on the same day collapse into one email, using the figure from the first edit, so a client nudging a slider five times in an hour hears back once, not five times. A balance or valuation alert also carries a link letting the client mute reports on that one property, separate from their address-wide marketing consent.
Raising a Task When a Figure Moves
Independent of the email, each of the three changes has its own task switch. Turn it on and a task is filed for you the moment the client edits that figure, whether or not the alert email is also on. Use the task alone if you would rather see every change on your own board than have BrokerPlus write to the client automatically.
Turning One Alert Off
Flip that tab's switch off and BrokerPlus stops sending that alert. The client's edit still reaches you either way, it just no longer emails them back. See When a Client Edits Their Own Report for what happens to the correction next, and for the separate settings that decide whether it writes straight to the deal or waits for you.
