Every feature sheet has a rail in the top-right corner for the realtor on the listing. BrokerPlus fills it with the MLS listing agent by default, but you can swap in a realtor partner from your own book, type in someone new, or leave the rail off the sheet entirely.
When You'd Use This
Use this whenever the listing agent isn't who should get the call when a buyer picks up a sheet. That's common when you're co-marketing with a realtor you work with regularly and want their name and photo on every sheet you send, not just this one listing's agent.
Choosing The Listing Agent, A Saved Partner, Or No Realtor
Open a listing from Marketing > Feature Sheets and look for the Realtor on This Sheet card. If your book already has a saved realtor or the listing carries an MLS agent, a dropdown sits under the card: pick Listing Agent to use whoever the MLS published, pick a name from your saved realtors, or select + New to add someone you haven't saved yet.
To take the rail off the sheet altogether, select the eye-off icon in the card's header. The card then shows nothing printing, and the same icon puts the last choice back.
A picked partner who gets deleted doesn't break the sheet
If you point a sheet at a saved realtor and later delete that contact, the rail falls back to the MLS listing agent automatically rather than printing a blank block of contact details.
Adding A Realtor Contact And Headshot
Select the pencil icon on the card to open the editor, whether you're starting fresh or correcting someone already picked. Fill in name, title, email, phone, website and brokerage, then select Save Realtor - it's the same editor either way, so there's no separate creation form to hunt for.
Saving a name here doesn't just update the sheet - it files that person as a realtor contact in your CRM, so the next listing you work with them on has them ready in the dropdown instead of retyping them.
To add a headshot, select Headshot and choose a PNG, JPEG or WEBP. If you haven't saved a name yet, uploading a photo saves the realtor for you first, using whatever you've typed so far.
Saving A Favorite For Next Time
Changing who's in the rail saves itself: the moment you pick a different realtor, BrokerPlus stars the listing as a favorite (if it wasn't already) and writes your choice onto that favorite's snapshot. Regenerating the sheet later, or reopening the listing from your Favorites tab, brings back the same realtor without you picking again.
If you never touch the realtor rail, nothing gets starred on your behalf - the listing only becomes a favorite once you make a choice worth remembering.
Common Gotchas
A realtor you type and save becomes a real contact, not a one-off label - if you're fixing a typo in their name later, edit that contact rather than retyping them fresh next time you pick from the dropdown, or you'll end up with two similar entries. And because the choice rides the favorite's snapshot, a listing you never starred won't remember a realtor between visits even if you picked one during that session - star it, or make any realtor change, to lock it in.
