Most listings you'd want a sheet for already carry an MLS number, so the fastest path is to search for the listing rather than rebuild it from scratch. Marketing > Feature Sheets searches live listings across Canada and turns whichever one you pick into a branded one-page sheet in a couple of clicks.
When You'd Use This
Reach for this whenever the listing is on the MLS - your own, a colleague's, or one you're pulling up for a buyer. If the listing has no MLS number at all (off-market, pre-construction, a private exclusive), build it by hand instead - see Build a Custom Feature Sheet for that path.
Finding a Listing by City
Select City Search and type a city or area. Results update as you type, and you can narrow them by price range, minimum beds and baths, and for sale versus for lease, then sort by price, size or how recently the listing was added. Select any card to open its full detail.
Looking One Up by MLS Number
If you already have the listing's MLS number, switch to MLS Lookup and type it in, board letters included (an "W" or "E" prefix is normal, not a typo). BrokerPlus recognizes the format as you type and enables the search once it looks like a real number.
Setting the Financing It Shows
Opening a listing shows its financing panel: set the contract rate and pick a 25 or 30-year amortization, and BrokerPlus lays out a down-payment comparison across tiers, plus a cash-to-close breakdown you can expand for detail. Both figures are editable right up until you generate the sheet, so try a few scenarios before locking one in.

Generating the Sheet
Once the rate and amortization look right, select Generate Feature Sheet. BrokerPlus pulls in your broker details, brokerage name and photo, lays the listing's own photo and facts alongside the financing scenarios you just set, and downloads a PDF named after the listing's MLS number. If your broker or brokerage name isn't on file yet, the button tells you so rather than generating a sheet with a blank byline.
Saving a Listing for Later
Select the star icon on any listing to add it to your Favorites tab, where it stays reachable without a fresh search. Changing the realtor in the rail also stars the listing automatically and remembers that choice, so reopening a favorite brings back the same rate, amortization and realtor you left it with rather than a blank slate.
