Every campaign has a detail page that fills in as it sends, so you can watch it go out rather than wonder whether it did.
The Delivery Meter
At the top of the page, a bar fills in as the send progresses. While a campaign is sending or paused, it shows every bucket even at zero, delivered, queued, failed, and held back, so you can watch the split change in real time. Once a send is finished, only the buckets that actually happened stay on screen.
Delivered means the message reached an inbox. Failed groups messages that couldn't be delivered at all. Held back covers recipients skipped for a reason that isn't a delivery failure, they'd suppressed themselves or unsubscribed earlier, so this send never went to them.
Who Received It and Who Did Not
Below the meter, the recipient list breaks the same send down person by person, filterable by status: all, queued, sent, failed, bounced, unsubscribed, suppressed. Bounced recipients show as unavailable rather than simply failed, since a hard bounce and some other delivery failure aren't the same problem to go fix. Use this list when a specific client says they never got something, or when you want to see exactly who was held back and why before you send to that segment again.
Opens and What They Mean
For email campaigns, an opened count sits alongside the delivery buckets. It's engagement, not a delivery outcome, an opened message is also a delivered one, so it never eats into the bar itself. Treat it as a read on how the message landed rather than a hard number: some mail clients report an open without a recipient ever looking at the message, and plenty of genuine readers never trigger one at all. It's most useful compared across your own campaigns over time, not as an absolute count.
Pausing or Resuming a Send
While a campaign is sending, a Pause button stops it from advancing, nothing further goes out until you resume it. Resume picks the send back up in place: it won't blast out everything that piled up while paused all at once, but continues at the pace it was already sending at.

Duplicating a Campaign
The Duplicate action copies a campaign into a fresh draft, same message, same settings, ready for you to point at a different segment or send again with a few edits. It's the fastest way to reuse a campaign that worked, without touching the results of the one you copied from.
