Use Equity Reports to send a current property and mortgage summary once or on a recurring schedule. Start from the client's data, clear preflight issues, then choose when the first report should go out.

Open Pulse > Reports > Equity. The old /reports path only redirects here.
Add Report requires an active Equity Reports subscription. A principal admin without a personal book does not see the Equity view.
- Select Add clients to recurring reports.
- Choose the clients, then Review property values.
- Resolve the current preflight issues: no email, sanctions freeze, no property value, or LTV over 100%.
- Continue to How would you like to send?
Add Clients From Opportunities
You can also enrol a set of clients you have already picked out in Opportunities. Tick the clients you want, then choose Add to equity report in the bar at the bottom of the list. The flow opens straight on Review property values for exactly those clients, so you confirm their values and choose how to send without searching for them again.
Anyone in the selection who cannot receive a report - no email address, a sanctions hold, or an unsubscribe - is carried into the review unticked, with the reason shown, so you can see who was left out. A client who already gets recurring reports is flagged as Already on reports.
The client list includes properties that have no value on file yet. BrokerPlus fetches the value when the first report is sent, as long as the address has a street number and street name. A row marked No street address needs the street added before a value can be found. To see only clients whose value is already on file, open Filters and switch on Has property value.
Preflight does not currently flag a missing mortgage balance. Confirm that BrokerPlus can calculate a current balance before sending, or report generation can fail later.
Choose the First Send
Select one option:
- Send a one-time report
- Send recurring report now
- Send recurring report later
Recurring schedules can be Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, or Annually. Send recurring report later waits one full selected cadence before the first send.
Recurring reports send at 9:00 AM in the property's derived timezone, with the organization timezone as the fallback.
Manage Recurring Reports
Review Frequency, Next Report, and the status: Active, Awaiting first send, Paused, or Unsubscribed.
Pause keeps the recurring setup without sending. Remove takes the client out of the program. A client unsubscribe is separate and should not be treated as a temporary pause.
Use Edit Report to set the organization subject, greeting, and recurring section ceiling. Drag a section by its handle to change where it appears in the report; the greeting and closing stay pinned to the top and bottom. From the recurring preview, save allowed per-client section overrides. Use Change Alerts for balance, valuation, and address-change emails.
If a report reaches a client after their mortgage term has already ended, it opens with a notice asking them to confirm their current details, so the figures are never read as up to date.
